All our Murphy bed models for 2024 come with a 5-year warranty (mechanism and upholstery).  
All our desk or table models for 2024 come with a 3-year warranty (mechanism and upholstery).

**(Returns)**

We expect all our customers to be satisfied. If a problem arises, you have 8 days to easily return the product.  
We will take the necessary steps to handle the return process.  
We require that the product be in its original packaging.  
Refunds will be issued once the package has arrived and been inspected by our team.  
A 15% fee will apply if your product had free delivery.  
If the product arrives at your door already broken or defective, no fees will be charged, and iMural reserves the right to repair or replace the product with a new one.  
iMural does not cover everyday accidents that may occur at home; thank you for your understanding.  
Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days.
